Applicants should forward their applications using file folders in triplicate on PSC Form No. 3 (Revised 2008) and PSC Summary Form (one copy), which should be addressed to the Secretary District Commission P.O. Box 18000 Kayunga. The closing date will be Friday March 13th 2020 by 5.00 pm. The application and summary forms are obtainable from the Public Service Commission – Kampala, or any of the District Service Commission offices, handwritten applications are also acceptable. All applicants should attach three sets of Certified Photocopies of their Academic/Professional Certificates, Transcripts/Result slips and Registration Certificates/Annual practicing licenses where applicable, with a detailed Curriculum Vitea, plus three (3) most recent Colored Passport Photographs. Applicants serving in Government should rout their applications through their Heads of Department who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
