Responsibilities
• As a training and development officer, you’ll be required to:
• Identify training needs within ACPCU and primary cooperative society staff in effective financial management.
• Developing HR training and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers.
• Identify training needs for farmers and design appropriate training programs.
• Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies.
• Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Post graduate training in Cooperative related courses.
• Fluent in Runyakitara (Local language) is a must.
• Should possess a valid motorcycle driving permit
• At least two years in a similar position with in a busy and reputable organization.
